First and foremost, let us welcome you to our little slice of heaven (on the web). We are very glad you are here. You will find a lot of information on our site and we welcome questions. This site is a constant work in progress and as we add to our family and farm we will do our best to keep it up to date.
A little bit about our farm. We raise products that we will eat ourselves (and source only product we use or would use ourselves). We strive to raise the best food for everyone but our niche is food for those with food allergies/intolerances, children with labels that benefit from altered diet (ADD/ADHD/Autism etc.) and anyone with autoimmune diseases, gut disbiosis and leaky gut (obviously this isn't possible across the board as we are all individuals and some people just flat out can't eat things). That's how we got to where we are and we want to help others on their healing path.
We do not use nor support GMO's. Our feed is not certified organic but is from a source that is above organic in many ways. Our feed is organic in the sense that the farmers are using organic practices (the feed is testes for herbicides, fungicides and pesticides) and it is GMO free (tested clean, Non-GMO Project Verified where possible). We feed our current laying hens a GMO free soy/corn free ration that appears to result in very low allergen/irritant eggs (we are currently looking into soy/wheat free options). Our sheep are predominately grass-fed/hay fed but do get a small amount of oats, barley and black oil sunflower seeds especially during lambing. Our rabbits are fed a predominantly hay diet with some oats, barley and black oil sunflower seeds.
Soy is not a part of any of our feed rations.
Our Mission
Our mission is to raise the highest quality products humanly possible with our current knowledge. We strive to raise the most nourishing foods while keeping in line with nature, offering the best life for our animals and creating happy, healthy soils.
